Postpartum Doula Services

Hours individualized to family needs.


My goal is to “mother the mother”, and nurture the entire family as they transition into life with a newborn.


This care includes:

  • Help with the emotional and physical support after birth

  • Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, feeding, bathing and comforting baby

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Light meal prep

  • Sibling care

  • Light housekeeping

  • Referrals to local resources

All Services Include two weeks of text, email, and phone support, as well as a free consult.
